Registration

• $251 Early registration fee by Dec. 22, 2024 (Will receive a shirt.)

• $271 registration fee after Dec. 22, 2024 (May not get a shirt.)

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel by 12/22/24 - $200 refund

• Cancel after 12/22/24 - $175 refund

• No refund after 12/31/24
  

Transportation
Transportation is provided for all youth via charter bus.

• Drop-Off (Fri, 1/17)
  Be at Sunset Church by 6:00pm.
  Dinner will NOT be provided. Please eat beforehand. 
  

• Return (Mon, 1/20)
  We'll return to Sunset Church by 4:00pm.

• Warm Clothing, Running Shoes, Sandals

• Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Face Towel, Body Towel, Soap, Shampoo

• Flashlight, Sleeping Bag, Pillow 

• Bible, Pen, Notebook

• Reusable Water Bottle

• Medication (inhaler, Epi-Pen, Benadryl, etc.)

• Playing Cards

• Money for Gift Shop

Use of any electronics is not permitted during the retreat unless otherwise directed.
